Unlike other product manufacturers our titles require hardware that does not meet consistent industry standards but requires up-to-date and functional CPUs, RAM, sound cards, video cards and a bug-free operating system. The CD-ROMs we manufacture meet the compatibility requirements printed on the packaging. Some customers do have trouble operating their purchased CD-ROMs on their home PCs and for them we offer free technical support remedies to resolve the problem.
